My then 19 yr old nephew burned my then 11 yr old daughter several times with lighter, putting a "smiley face" on her. Instead of pressing charges, I just had the bf give him a man to man.

and I've seen a fair number of kids act up who wern't in foster homes. Sorry, not buying that one sister.

foster does not necessarily equal bad, nor the other way around.

the family takes in lots of foster kids...the burned child was a niece of the mom..she under arrest also..she's an R.N.
