We're going to go out on a limb here and say there is definitely such a thing as being too young to get a boob job. But is there such a thing as being too old?
Not if you ask 83-year-old Marie Kolstad. The Orange County great-grandmother threw caution to the wind and challenged social norms by getting an $8,000 breast augmentation, CBS reports, boosting her modest 32A to a busty 36C.

Kolstad was understandably nervous about what her family would think, so she reportedly waited until the day of her operation to tell them about it.
Imagine their surprise.
She explained, "Physically, I’m in good health, and I just feel like, why not take advantage of it?... My mother lived a long time, and I’m just taking it for granted that that will happen to me. And I want my children to be proud of what I look like."
Kolstad has four children, 13 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. So far the media has not been able to get a hold of Kolstad to inquire about her family's reaction. She's apparently on vacation in Hawaii, presumably in a bikini.
But hold your surprise. There's more. According to CBS, plastic surgeons are claiming up to 10 percent of boob jobs are done on women over 65.
Betty White, don't you dare!

If what you say it true, where did all of the money go?
Uh...am I missing something here? If my mother had a boob job, I wouldn't be proud, I'd be totally embarrassed. And from the picture, she looks great anyway, regardless of her bra size. I will never understand why anyone of any age would pay so much money for such a silly, unnecessary procedure. Anyway, if she's on vacation in Hawaii, she certainly has mobility and independence. I'm sure she could have found better things to do with that money. What a waste.
There are only two reasons one would (should) get breast enhancement surgery:
1. As a result of a mastectomy resulting from disease (such as breast cancer)
2. Because you're superficial and don't have the cognitive capacity to appreciate things beyond what your eyes can see, and are seeking the same.
so very wrong
Nobody is preserving an 83 year old body by sticking silicone implants into it. Not gonna happen.
2. Not my business
3. Its better than letting them hang
