And you thought the 40-year-old virgin was stunted. A 70-year-old virgin says she's finally ready to go all the way and find love, The Sun reports. "Now’s the time. I’m ready to take the plunge for the right bloke. My standards are still very high, though. I’m hoping to bag a tall, dark and handsome millionaire," cabaret singer Pam Shaw told the British tabloid.

Despite her stage name -- The Sexational Pam -- Shaw says she does not believe in sex before marriage, which is supposedly why she's never done the deed. "I feel I am ready to give marriage a go and maybe go to bed with a man. You are never too old for anything. Just look at Joan Collins," she tells The Sun.

She also thinks she's still got it. "I like to think I’d be a real catch. I may be 70 but I’m young at heart. People can’t believe it when I tell them my age. I think I look great, maybe because I’ve never been married or had kids. I’m fun and have bundles of energy." Do you think it's too late for Pam to find love, not to mention a little nooky?

I find her whole story hard to believe. There have been 70 year old virgins before, but to be so public about it makes me wonder if it is just a markeing campaign for "Sexational Pam." Of course she is not too old to find love. She could always hire a giggolo!

Well, if you think 70 is old then you are ready to die sooner than 70. Some live until 110 and are still able to walk, talk, hear, have their own teeth, and even still get out and pull weeds as if they are only around 90. I bet you can hardly wait for your senior citizen's discounts or to join AARP!

She wasted her entire life..so yes. I mean, how did she know she was even going to live until 70 years old? What if she died at 50 and never got to experience sex or love? There may be more to life than sex but I mean it doesn't sound like she's had any real relationships either. She'll never experience motherhood either so not sure why someone would be OK with losing that opportunity too.

That's the problem with "no sex before marriage" beliefs. You either end up being a virgin for too many years or you end up rushing and marrying someone you don't belong with.

THis one chose to rise above guilt, sexual diseases, and unwanted pregnancy, to soar, Likely has had a happy and wonderful life,even without sexual relationships.
