6.46 million encrypted LinkedIn passwords have reportedly leaked on a Russian forum.

Finnish security company Cert-Fi has posted a warning about the incident, saying it is “likely” that whoever hacked LinkedIn possesses the accompanying user names as well.

    I was a victim of identity theft once.The company in the matter resolved it very quickly & my bank also did.I regret that whoever the perpetrator was did not try a second time.That's how they get caught.

    I'm pretty good about keeping my secured stuff on different passwords/etc... than my unimportant stuff. But still, it's dangerous; I'd be more concerned if they hacked USAA of course.
