"A quarter of men are so embarrassed by their bodies that they are reluctant to be naked in front of their partner, a survey claimed yesterday.

Researchers found that it is no longer just women who are overawed by the images of physical perfection they see in adverts and fashion magazines.

Half of the 3,000 British men surveyed by the scales manufacturer Tanita described themselves as fat, and one in ten said he would consider having cosmetic surgery to remove his love-handles."

No I could lose some weight. started going to golds gym for cardio....might work might not...emabarrassed not realy...just want to feel better..I used to tell my x wife..."don't undress in front of the window, people think i married you for your money"...

I'd like to change it, and am looking into that possibility.....my problem is my back injury.......like I tell the doc, get me to where I don't hurt all the time and I can exercise more......It's hard to workout when you're in constant pain.....

I have the same issues and let me tell you when they pump you full of steroids it not pretty if you dont work out ....I am having anohter surgery in the new year hope #2 is my magic number good luck.

I just got home, more x-rays, and a nice big prednisone shot........I've had a bad spasm for 2 days now.......what is your next surgery?

another disk needs taken out and some bone overgroth.I have stenosis pretty bad so I ma trying to avoid more hardware.I had spinal cord stimulator put in and nedded a myelogram so they had to take it out. I have alot of scare tissue they wan to tale out also.Sit on ur icw hope you feel better

DO you do see a pain doc. it helps to keep the surgeies at bay. They have me on a few diffrent drugs not all pain or narcs. but 2 of them are .I hope I can get off the drugs and manage with shots nerve blocks my whole right side is nerve damaged

I see my general practice/gatekeeper doctor.....he's a good doctor and does what can be done to both trlieve my pain and keep me from the knife.......but I do have a degenerative thing going on........a problem...

At 50 I know I am not perfect but I have never had a problem being naked with a woman and none have changed their mind after seeing me.

Yes , I keep my body fit --for someone almost 49 --my body looks good or at least thats what I'm always told -- Plus people think I'm like 38 years old . So I'm always happy to hear those compliments

I called him and he said as long as I don't laugh when he undresses, then he's fine with the way he looks......and believe me, I don't laugh!! He looks good for his 47 years. He works out daily.
