Hi Nathalie! Now that you're here..I'm doing quite well, thanks. ;) You? How are things? Like the new surroundings?..You know you can see me at any time. I'm only a few clicks away..once you're online. ;D
Oh, so NOW you're nervous? :p A hostel is a pretty good place to stay (I read about one in NYC). Should provide what you need. And who knows. You might make a friend or two while you're there. :)
Yeah, I know that...and believe me, I have lowered my demands, hah. Looks like i'm gonna have to sleep at a hostel the first week or so...
NOW I'm nervous about going :P
I haven't been getting many visits from most of my favorites so it's a happy moment when one of them leaves me a comment. ;)
It's hard to find because that's what others want as well. You should try looking for some of those things. A good basic is low(er) rent, near the school, and an empty bed. You can always walk to a laundromat and/or a place with internet access. And you can look for a better apartment/house once you're settled in..So you're fighting stress and pressure with stress and pressure? I guess that's one way to manage it. ;D
I don't mind. Feel free to talk about yourself. :) Nervous about leaving?
Yeah, but problems come when you take things too slow. ;)
Well...yeah. I am looking for a room in a house/apartment. Sharing with students is ideal. It does take up almost all my time :( I certainly did not expect it to be this hard. It sucks. To express my self in a mature way. I want a place with a realisticly high rent, relatively near the school, furnished, a house that has washing machine and internet. It shouldn't be that hard goddammit. This is how i'm managing the stress and pressure...by being stressed and pressured, hah.
when i'm settled over there, i promise i'll stop talking about myself all the time....hey, only 10 days til i'm leaving^^
Everyone handle things differentely :) Sometimes it's good to take things slow.
It's okay. Finding your home away from home is way more important than "SodaHeading"..So what is it you're looking for? Someone who's looking for a roommate?..Anti-everything? I didn't know the search for that person (if the case) was taking up that much of your time. I hope you find them very soon..so you can get back to everything else. ;)
I'm doing good. I'm now planning out what I need/want to do..Hey, I'm slow that way. ;D What about you? Managing the stress well?
Sorry that I haven't written to you for awhile...i am busy trying to find myself a home >< Ahh, i am superstressed! I'm flying to england in 11 days, and i don't even have a place to live yet...so you see why i have been so anti-sodahead lately? hah. actually i have been anti-everything pretty much.
Yeah, but i'm a 19-year old girl who wants to explore the world. Relaxing is not part of my plan right now :)
I got a good feeling about Brighton! I know something good is gonna come out of it.
Some people might find that exciting, hehe ;) I'll show you some pics someday! Gosh, I must take some before I leave. We also have a mall called "Tuna Park" haha... (Tuna is a very old, swedish word for city)
I think you should try doing instead of thinking :)
You don't like small?..Who knows. You could have found it relaxing.
You're welcome. :D A good feeling about..?
No need for the sorry. You replied. That's good enough for me. ;)
Exciting..uhh..sure. ;p Has "tuna" in its name and is rated as a dangerous place? How cool! ;D "..cause it's so beautiful"? You're not going to share that beauty with us? :p
Not much (the usual). I've been thinking of things I want to do. Of things I want to get, really (bed, glasses, ID card, and a bunch of other stuff). I've been wondering about the thing I mailed to a SodaHead. And I'm still trying to stay cool (temps and humidity are up).
Thank you! :D Yep, i'm going there. I have a good feeling.
sorry for not writing to you until now...but i've been busy with fixing stuff with the school and study loan...lots to do!
Hehe...well then it must be exciting at least ;) Hmm...Eskilstuna is...pretty normal I guess. About 100 000 people lives here. It's one hour away from stockholm(capital city) so we're close to "where the action is". 1/3 of the population here is immigrants from the middle-east. There's one place I love in Eskilstuna cause it's so beautiful...but most buildings and stuff are grey and quite ugly. E-town is rated as one of swedens most criminal/dangerous places...but I don't notice that really.
I don't have anything else to say...what have you been up to? :)
You can live in London for the year and then move to Brighton if you still want to be by the ocean. ;) Going by what you typed I'd go with London because it would provide the education and the work.
*gasp*..It's "the bronx". :p There's lots of attitude and a big desire for "respect" so it makes things interesting. But it's not like that all over the borough. Some areas are quieter (and nicer) than others.
yes...i like brighton because it's right by the ocean, and close to london. also because of the school. but the school in london seems to have more practical work...and it would be kinda cool to live in london for a year, everything is bigger than brighton=more jobs.
Because I don't know Barry I'm gonna take a guess and say you'd find it very cool..?
Not rock-y enough?
I'm not surprised. They're usually heard by more people..The name doesn't sound familiar..What do I think? Well, I think Frida has a nice smile. ;D It's a nice song. :)
Oh, gosh, me too! I would be sp happy. IF I got in, one of my teachers would be Barry Jepson, he has toured with iron maiden, ozzy osbourne, placebo, green day, foo fighters, nick cave and will young to mention some...
No, not so much. I like her, but her music is...hmm...too soft for me? I think ;)
Ahh, i've listend to christina, fergie and vanessa as well :) Have you heard Oh Laura..? They're a band with a fantastic female singer. Here they are at a swedish tv-show:

how are you doing?
You're gonna have to be a little bit more active if you plan on exploring the whole world. ;p
That's what I thought.
I'm sure those people are out there. :) I look forward to seeing those as well...Mmmm..Tuna Park. ;D (Ah. I'm not sure if I knew that.)
"Doing" is easier said than done. :p
Aww. If only I felt that coolness. Heh. And you're....I WOULD use "cool" but the new pictures kinda make you the opposite of that. ;)
I got a good feeling about Brighton! I know something good is gonna come out of it.

Hey! Congratulations Nathalie. :) You're going to Brighton then?
I say it isn't. :D I think it's nicer than a few..What about where you live? What's it like there?
And btw, I have been accepted to Brighton Institute of Modern Music :)
hahah....i can imagine that^^ So is your area nicer than others...? :P
You can live in London for the year and then move to Brighton if you still want to be by the ocean. ;) Going by what you typed I'd go with London because it would provide the education and the work.

so i'm a little lost :P
how's it like living in bronx? :)
I'd suggest someone if I could. The women on my list are on the softer side so I wouldn't go to them for that.
I don't really follow bands so that can be another reason. ;) Her voice reminds me of a singer I'm forgetting the name of.
Umm..London..? A decision you're trying to make?
I dont know :) i mean, i like lady gaga, and she's not rock-y. Just...I want something with a bit of UH! in it.
They're a swedish band, so that's propably why you don't recognize the band-name. Frida is pretty! And has a special voice.
Where would you rather move..Brighton or London?...
Not rock-y enough?
