We are accepting artwork submissions for HELLYEAH'S CALENDAR GIRLS 2009!
To submit your artwork, please follow the directions:

1. Artwork must be saved in JPEG format

2. Use your name the way you would like it to appear as the name of the file submitted... for example, "janedoe.jpg"

3.Send artwork to hellyeahcalendargirls @ zenmediagroup.net
Include the artwork as an attachment. It is important to save your file correctly as once your photo is uploaded we cannot make any changes.

4.You MUST read & copy the terms and conditions below into the body of your email to state that you agree.

By submitting the photo(s), graphic(s) or video(s) (the "Content"), you hereby grant HELLYEAH, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, and legal representatives ("HELLYEAH") the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, market, sell, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Content (as such may be edited and modified by HELLYEAH in its discretion) as HELLYEAH may designate in any medium now known or hereafter devised, for editorial, commercial, promotional and any and all other purposes.

While you retain ownership of all right, title, and interest in the Content itself, you agree that HELLYEAH owns all right, title, and interest in any compilation, collective work or other derivative work created by HELLYEAH using or incorporating the Content.
