Gougeres, a French cheese puff appetizer made with pate a choux (paste made with flour, eggs, butter, Dijon mustard) mixed with grated Gruyere cheese then scrape into a pastry bag with a 1/2" tip to squeeze dollops of this mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet then bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Delicious.
