My favorite concert was Marilyn Manson (open), The Jim Rose Circus (mid) and Nine Inch Nails (headline). But I would have to say now... and this would have be a festival.



Side Stage: The Bouncing Souls (open), Jawbreaker (Mid), Faith No More (2nd Mid), The Pogues (3rd Mid) and The Dropkick Murphys (Headline)



Main Stage #1: Fiest (open), Gogol Bordello (1st Mid), Sublime (2nd Mid), Tricky (3rd Mid), The Flaiming Lips (4th Mid), Jane's Addiction (Headline)



Main Stage #2: Mazzy Star (Open), Tori Amos, Depeche Mode, Smashing Pumpkins, The Cure, David Bowie and Nine Inch Nails.



Now, I have seen everyone of these bands, but together in one super show... that would be the Sh!t. And it woud be nice to have Cypress Hill and Body Count in there somewhere!

Course I get to See Angelspit, and Ayria, both At Dracula's Ball April 23rd. So At least some of My Dream concert is fulfilled. :3

She taught me this awesome thing to turn lips into glittery disco balls. It's freaking awesome. And her eye make up always takes my breath away.

Defintley sounds like a cool look for the lips. Love glitter :)

That's the reverse of what she'd done - she glittered the red on her lips, and kept the eyes a more matte green.

I wish I knew how to do make up like that. I've always been horrible at it.

Well, the lips she told me, and I tweaked it for myself. I used one of those paint-on lasting-wear lip color with the gloss on one side and the color paint on the other. Put chapstick on before doing the rest of your face - foundation, eyeshadows and everything, so it has a chance to soak in and moisturize your lips without being wet by the time you go to apply the color. Once your lips are dry again, put the color on, just like you normally would. Then very carefully trace the lines of your lips with the gloss - make sure the lines are neat and tidy. Then take a cosmetic glitter (NYX makes some good ones!) and very lightly dab it to the gloss till it's covered. Using a makeup sealant is probably a good idea after you've done the whole face.

I usually put chapstick on first anyway b/c my lips start to hurt if I don't, and definitely ahead of time (I've made the mistake of doing it right before the lipstick enough times already, lol).
I'm definitely going to try these tips next time I put on lipstick :)

Eye glitter - if you don't want to buy some expensive eye makeup glue, you can use lip gloss (pink tinted only, but not dark pink) to hold glitter to the eyes. it works. :-) and in a pinch can be used as a primer for all eye makeup.

That's a good idea. For the eyes my biggest problem is applying the make up evenly.

That comes with practice and I cannot stress the importance of good brushes. Good. Brushes. Not cheap brushes (there's a difference!). If you want to save money and still get ones that work, I found some decent ones at CVS in the Essence of Beauty line. They're surprisingly good for the price, especially if you buy a kit/pack instead of one at a time.
