But then again,it also looks faked because the man with the head could have been kneeling behide another person on the car or something else from another picture, and putting the cloths together on both people making it appearing of having a Parasitic twin.
I tend to believe the latter because of the curvature of what seems like a shoulder right above the third arm
Or there's another dude in his jacket.
