sadly know, my story comes not with a wallet, but my daughters computer, my own roomate, one i had trusted for a long time, never had a problem with, waited till we was gone one day, took and stole her computer, pawned it for money, and left the state, which was sorry as hell, so i know how u feel, even worse, my neighbor seen him do it and didnt do a thing , i guess she thought he was moving it for us or something i dont know

I don't get people now-a-days. They just don't care about others, they make you think that, but once they get the chance, they take what they can carry and run...

They took my brand new Ipod my mom had bought me JUST for that trip (it was my frist time on a plane on my own), I sat between a older african american woman, and an elderly mean looking man. I have a feeling it was the man, because the woman mean mugged him and was making that "look at him" face.

thats just cold hearted :c im sorry that happned love, i know how it feels, and there truley heartless, and worse part all her baby pictures and stuff i had put on there so she could have them when she got older and can keep them for memeories, i wasnt thinking something like that would happen so i got a disk for it and hte disk was still in the hard drive >< so most her pictures are now gone thinks to 100 dollars

You never know the story behind it. Although I'd like to have money, my conscience wouldn't be clear. That might have been all someone had, or their rent money or something.

If the person's ID is in the wallet I woud try to contact him/her first.If I couldn't get a hold of the person then I would turn it over to the Authorities.

I once found ten zloties (3 US dollars) in the girls' bathroom in my school. I didn't even keep that. I turned it in to the secretary, but after a week no one came for it so I got to keep them :P.

Haha yeah. So if I could deal with that, and not take it because oh, it's only ten zloties, who'd care, I think I would manage with a big sum. Not to mention, I'd immediately tell my parents and have them tell me what to do, so even if I mess up, they won't.

i did , i found a purse full of money well her lil wallet, and i coulnt find a name so i turned it in , even when she found it she offered me award money, i turned it down , i just that type person that rather would work for it

One of the wallets I found belonged to an older gentleman who offered me money. I thanked him but didn't take it either. Personally I don't believe in karma but you never know and I could probably use the extra points. :^D

Ivd found two and turned them in,and a tanzanite and diamond,valuable ring which i found the owner for.Today would pay a huge looming bill,and put an i.o.u. In the wallet before i returnrd it. :0).....not really...
