(Hell, even if you tried to kill me, it'd probably just make me like you more.)
I imagine you just have a pessimistic view of the world and perceive the indifference of the world as intentional neglect or hatred.
1) Have you ever commanded and succeeded in ordering the genocide of an entire nation of innocent people?
2) Have you ever killed/murdered/assassinated anyone out of spite or jealousy?
3) Have you ever clubbed a baby seal?
4) Have you ever raped/molested anybody?
5) Have you ever transmitted an STD to a sex partner on purpose?
if you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then i could see where people would hate you.
if you answered "no" to any of these questions, then you're not that bad :)
