Would you use a Death Note to kill people???

For those who are unfamiliar with the term "Death Note", it refers to a supernatural book featured in the Manga/Anime "Death Note" that grants it's user the ability to kill anyone by simply writing their name on the note while picturing their face, the cause of death can be decided but if it isn't specified then the victim will simply die of a heart attack. Users of the Death Note will not be sent to Heaven or Hell and would rest in eternal sleep.


The world is unjust, the so-called law can be considered as a source of injustice.The insufficiency of juries all over the world can be demonstrated by the fact that many serial killers who have committed senseless murders have been released from prison after serving a rather short duration of prison sentence; some of these killers have continued to wrongfully kill after incarceration and the death of their victims would've been prevented if the law did not allow their release.

So if you did own a "Death Note" and the only material required is a pen/pencil would you use it.
