I like to, on occasion, fry up some tortillas and sprinkle a blend of pumpkin pie spice and sugar on them, as well as the traditional cinnamon and sugar. So sure, the flavors sound good to me. Personally, I don't like chocolate peppermint so, I wouldn't be interested in that one.
