This could be a great idea in keeping parent's alcohol away from their kids. My cousin's parents would really benefit from this. They're not even that upset with him drinking, they just don't want him using THEIR liquor! LOL

Its idiotic to spend 22 bucks and put it on the bottle of beer.It would cost you over 130 dollars to protect a six pack of Bud.I could see parents wanting to protect their investment against their teen aged kids.

I think for parents this could be a useful tool if they think junior is bogarting their liquor. Otherwise I don't see the benefit. There is already too much in life to remember already.

Yes, its obviously intended for expensive-ass bottles of wine or liquor.

On another note, put these on your hard liquor bottles and your kids will never get into your liquor cabinet again haha.

Hehe. Actually, I think it could be useful for drinking alcohol around children. Really, I don't personally want to drink alcohol around my kids, because I don't want to encourage alcohol consumption, but I know a lot of people like to unwind with beer at the end of the day. Plus, if you're out drinking it can keep your booze from getting tampered with. I know, people should just be more careful, but have you ever tried to dance while holding a drink and trying to avoid spilling while also trying to avoid letting it out of your sight? Actually, I haven't had that experience, but I can imagine it wouldn't be enjoyable >.>

I drink around my kids all the time. My wife has been drinking champagne since 14.

I am trying to teach my kids that drinking alcohol in moderation is fine.

That's great :-)

The majority of my family is alcoholics in denial, unfortunately. I don't want my kids to start drinking young, since it can have a negative impact on brain development, and I want to do my best to offset the influence of my family constantly drinking. I never really drank much, anyway, so it's not going too far out of my way.

Didn't want to imply that I was passing judgment on families that do things differently.

I didn't take it that way (no judgement). Just wanted to say I took a different approach.

When I have a beer I always ask my 14 year old if she wants a taste. She curls her nose and says ewww no.

I've been rohip'd at a bar, so I would certainly consider taking one to a club.
Fortunately nothing happened as my friend and a kind stranger got me home safely but that is 10 hrs of my life I have no recollection of.
