It's not a matter of "ewwww." It's a matter of knowing yourself. I know I am fully capable of choosing to starve to death and I would rather starve than know I fed on the body of another person.

If there was nothing else to eat, I would. If the person died, of course. This is why I love that I like Frog legs! LOL I laugh but in a way it could save my life. They are delish! Granted there are frogs where I'm stranded.

Only because in your hypothetical situation, the friend was already dead. Survival is very strong of an emotion.
