With my bad knees, gotta be swimming, but I would like it even better if someone push me a mile in a wheelbarrow.

I can't swim. I nearly drowned four times when I was a little kid. So I've never been a big fan of swimming.

I would rather run a mile, unless the swimming was in a swimming pool! I am not afraid to swim in the sea, I love safe beaches. But if I fell overboard, a mile out to sea, I would probably be afraid of the sharks, but would still give it a go!

If I had to run a mile, I would drop dead. And since that is not a desirable thing (at least from my own perspective), I would much rather swim a mile. Or two, or three.

if you give up while swimming and your too tired to keep on going, you could drown. At least running the mile and getting tired will be on soil.
