While living in a house is nice, usually bigger, eventually it will be yours it still leaves you responsible for alot of other payments. In an apartment you generally just have one or two bills associated with it but you have to follow the rules of the landlord. So which do you prefer?

i have only live in an appartment so i'd like to see what living in a house is like... Houses look creepy at night though, especially if you've watched "The panic room"

Obviously ..
I SO enjoy my own HOME ..
NOT in the city ..
a good bit of space between me and the neighbors ..
a YARD that I can definitely enjoy ..
and yes, even though there's maintenance and upkeep that I do myself ..
THAT HOME is MINE ..
and I'm glad that it is ALL MINE indeed ..
(yep .. it is paid for!)

I've lived in my own home since the 90's.Don't think that I could ever live in an apartment ever again.No condo's either.
