I can almost always find some way to cool off, but it takes me hours to warm up, even with blankets and hot tea.

At least with the cold you can put more layers on or just adapt to it. I don't do well in heat and humidity, which is what I have to put up with now.

I always have the pool or AC to cool me down. If I get too cold it takes FOREVER to warm up, but it could be fun in the process;-)

its easy to add layers or build a fire, but no way to cool in 105+ degree weather if your stuck outside and no A/C around. been there, done that for days on end...

When it is -45 and a stiff wind at 60 mph there are not enough layer to keep you warm at all.

pfft. ya know, ive seen your comments and your not all that bright :) I've been under those conditions. My freezer suits and knowledge of environment + survival skills and equipment, I managed just fine. Now if you had twubble dealing with it, get educated.

Being cold I can fix, being hot is much harder, I can put on as much clothing as needed, being too hot is much harder to fix, I can only remove so many layers of clothing before I'm left with nothing but skin.

I love the cold. It relaxes me and I can always bundle under the covers or extra clothes if need be. The heat makes me cranky and I can only shed so many articles of clothing before there is nothing left to shed.
