This is a hot button topic for me. First, our society is way way too lenient with the violence, death and gore. It shocks me and breaks my heart when parents allow their kids, sometimes really young kids, to watch rated R violence. Its no wonder actual violence is later found acceptable instead of horrifying. Or worse, these acts are performed. Of course there is an incredible correlation. This is so evil and it needs needs to stop being acceptable.

Second. The whole world thinks that Americans are way too uptight about sex and its true. Sex is a natural and beautiful thing and we degrade it into something disgusting and nasty. The greatest perversion is twisting something sacred into something profane. Our society is very guilty of this as well. More evilness. So sad.

Your children should not have to be subjected to things that are not quite at the scope of their understanding yet. That's how we end up with children carrying guns to school 5th graders charged with rape etc. I have seen this for myself and spent time with kids that have been exposed to many of the wrong things at a young age. Me ejaculating and impregnating my wife has nothing to do with an life being ruined. As they get older I introduce them to things they don't know about...it's called education.

Just because they can walk and say Momma doesn't mean you have to teach them about getting and receiving oral sex because you're preparing them for the future. Sorry.. I don't think by 6 year old or 9 year old is ready for that.

lol easy sparky! I was raised a little diffrently than most, I have been shooting guns and was made aware of playboy since i was 6. I have never killed anyone or raped anyone because I was taught at a young age the effects of both violence and sex. I have 2 children, 6 and 2. and neither have even been educated on where babies come from. But both already own their own guns. They havent been allowed to use them yet.

Clearly we've grown up in different worlds. I've spent my life trying to avoid guns and you've spent your life shooting them.

Depends on the age and the situation. When my grandson asked me where babies came from I told him. There are ways to tell children things without giving them nightmares.

But a lot of it is. I teach my children that it's what you do when you are in love and wanna marry someone. There is a lot of aggessive sex, but it's also a force of nature
