Would You Like to Be Married to Someone Who Could Read Your Mind?

That happens to the case already.

God ... no!!! The last thing I need is someone reading my thoughts!! I have a hard time dealing with them myself!!!

But I wold love to read any males mind. You can sorta if you live with someone for long enough.

I have been for over 40 years but so what I can read his too.

I have nothing to hide, and the most important thing would be that I had found someone who would truly understand, my selflessness, my heart, my soul and that I was 150% devoted. That would stop any doubt and life would be easier and less confrontational.

WOW ! she would truly understand me.. now that's worth its weight in GOLD for sure to me anyway. But this would only work, if your heart was pure and your goals were for the benefit and well being of HER, The kids and all your futures.

But if you are lusting for others, side stepping, lying, cheating, conning and scamming
and needed to get away with it, then the reading mind thing wouldn't work.

SO I WOULD VENTURE TO SAY AND IF THE TRUTH BE KNOWN, THAT IF YOU VOTED "NO" TO HER/HIM READING YOUR MIND, THEN YOU ARE NOT AS DEVOTED AND FAITHFUL FAMILY MAN OR WOMAN AS YOU PUT ON..

I'm very devoted...but I don't want my man reading my mind..hell I think other men are fine , but say it out loud, and he does the same no harm, and no matter how devoted you are to some one you get tired of them sometimes and may say something in your mind he should not hear because you really don't mean it, your just tired of being around that person for that moment. Tooo personal to me.

so its ok to steal just a little bit, or cheat just a little bit, the bible says lusting in the heart is the same and cheating! but some modern and PC people have relationships like you have and they seem to be ok with it. IM NOT! THATS ME,,

That's cool how you are, and it's ok with me, but for me I'm a little different this go around in my relationship. I was married for 16 years to a person who thought he could read my mind, but he could not read that I needed out of the marriage, he was abusive to me. This relationship I'm very honest of what I like and try not tobe over barring with him. We have a GREAT relationship been with him for now 12 years. with little to no troubles

Just gonna point this out.. it's not about religion, it's about whether or not you would want someone reading your innermost, private thoughts. And in your religion, Jesus hears them anyway... we are talking about a significant other. and I love my girl, and share most of my thoughts with her, but what about memories you don't want them to know about? Surely even you, oh pious one, would have something in your closet. Are you above Sin and Lust and Temptation, above this world? And remember, if you say yes you are above sin, lust and temptation, that makes you a liar... also a sin.

When you're married for over 20years you kind of do read each others minds.

saves me the time from trying to speak. i have no secrets and if they can read my mind more power to them in fact they could tell me what i am thinking so i could know (not a joke)

A relationship with someone that has that ability is hard, but marriage, that'll be REALY hard.

It may be useful sometimes, but no, I'd rather attempt to practice good communication.

Okay, I'm 99.9% possitive that everyones' thoughts towards their spouse are not always bright and sunshiney. So unless you want your wife knowing those jeans do indeed make her look fat, you probably shouldn't have put "yes."

I already say what's on my mind. This would be quicker and easier. No need to beat around the bush anymore. I like it.

dont know about you most woman i know tell you what to get and where to get it from as for the man it would be easyer to come up with the best respose if you know what she wants you to say tords a gift

I give a variety of possibilities, so I'm at least somewhat surprised. And most people who know me know that when in doubt, get me a book. But, I do see your point. No offense, but guys can tend to need some major help in the gift-giving department. I have to pick out my brother's girlfriend's Christmas and birthday presents, because he doesn't have a clue.

I don't buy her any gifts so I don't have that problem.
