	I am overweight, and have been thinking about it.
	Why not, the procedure is proven to be safe.
	I'd just watch what I eat naturally.
	Nutra system, Jenny Craig or Weight watchers would be my choice.

I'd just watch what I eat naturally.

I am not overweight and hopefully never will be. You have to be /quite/ overweight for it to be worth getting lap-band surgery. I know someone who did and it was good for her, I guess.

I finally accepted that if I want to lose weight, I need to start eating healthily, exercising more and quit sitting in front of my computer all evening long.

Fast food + sedentary lifestyle = fat ass.
