bus would you give up your sea on the bus to an obviously pregnant woman or elderly person? This is a hypothetical question obviously not everyone rides the bus.

No the way he moved there was definately no sickness there and then he sat down and refused to make eye contact with me, on that particular day no one got up for the very pregnant woman on the train very disappointed in the human race that day.

Just how I was raised. I would give it to any woman or any person who looked tired or sad.

I've got back and balance problems and I have a hard time standing up on the bus too. If the bus is full, chances are there's a perfectly healthy person sitting down who could give up their seat instead of me.

understandable if your experiencing your own health problems.

And I do, on buses and the subway. And I always let older people get on before me.

I also hold doors open for people, offer to help them with bags/buggies if it looks like they're struggling. It's the way I was raised. It's nice to be polite and help people out.

That's how I was raised too, I hold doors open for men all the time too and sadly they're usually completely surprised by it.
