I would love to work in a pet store, the only things I would have to avoid would be the snakes and spiders, yuuuuky, I can't stand um. Other animals are ok. LOL

On second thought, I wouldn't. I don't like places where people sell living creatures... besides, instead of buying a pet you can get one from a shelter and save a life.

Worked at a zoo when I was in college, would love working in a pet store...as long as it wasn't involved with puppy/kitten mills. Would love to have my hands on rats, snakes, tarantulas, ferrets, and other critters all day long :)

I like animals, but I have enough of them to clean up after at home, I wouldn't want to spend all day cleaning up after them.

If I fell in love with one of the pets I would have a hard time selling it. - I'm not talking about dogs or cats - just hampsters and hermit crabs. And if one of them died I would crying all over the store. Not a place for me!! I have even adopted a snake that roams around my back yard. I named him Plissken - from Escape from New York after the Kurt Russel character - Snake Plissken!! He's really a nice snake. Just wanders around - but he/she is welcome.

I'd be very happy to work at a pet store or pet shop as we call it over here. I used to go to one regularly, a corner shop. I like rows and rows of tanks with fish in. I like rodents. I'm not so sure about the caged birds.
