    Not old enough yet...and besides my body is pretty lackluster. I drew nudes in an art class before but the model was a middle aged woman who was kinda fat. Aaagh, all the sagging skin and whatnot D:

    A conversation between my bf and myself when he was taking a college art class:

    Him: You know, my teacher said our final exam is drawing from a naked person.
    Me: *raised eyebrow* Really. Why don't you ask your teacher if she needs a volunteer.
    Him: You'd really get up there and let people draw you naked?
    Me: I'd rather have you studying my naked body than some other hot chick.
    Him: Actually she said the volunteers are usually guys.
    Me: Really? Well then, can you ask her if I can sit in on the class *wink wink*

    Yes, I have been doing it since I was 18. And still do it, and I'm almost 60. I started doing it for the university Arts Department, and also the Photography Department. And I do it for a few galleries here in town. As an artist I see nothing wrong with it, and the money is pretty good too. But it's hard work. Stay in one position for 1 minute than change. This goes on for about 20 minutes. Then finally a 40 to 45 minute pose with a 5 minute break. But between $25 to $40 an hour.

    Well I'm almost 60, and I still do artist modeling!! Of course they have a hard time getting people who are willing to do most anything for money too! lol

    Thanks. I try. I have been doing it since I was 18. The funny part back then, was I started getting recognized at concerts. But they aren't that picky, as they want you to be able to draw ALL kinds of figures too.

    Thats funny, sounds like a life long love, me I have finally started writing novels, something a high school teacher told me I should do. But like a lot of people, life and living got between me and my dream. I just finished a novel that I've been working on for 3 yrs. Now its time for the editing and re-writes, I have three more story lines waiting in the wings so to speak. I'm actually very excited about the next one which I've been doing research on, the working title is The Navajo Sign

    Well I'm a working artist, and have been forever! Sold my first painting at 13. So it just went hand in hand. Please go to my profile and check out my work. Let me know what you think. Oh that's fantastic. I do some writing too, but only for myself. Nothing I would ever share. Since I live in New Mexico, I paint a lot of southwestern art. Also some Native Americans. Since who hold the largest Native American Pow-Wow in the country, I get some good faces from there. I don't live very far from the Navajo Nation. Best of luck with you writing.
