Would you encourage teenager to have sex?

If they are positive and ready for it they should do it!

Sex is great unless you become obsessed with it then you have a problem the older you get the less mysterious it becomes and then one day you realize it really wasn't worth all that anyway. I prefer a good night sleep over sex anyday

It's not that I encourage it, but I know that it's going to happen anyways. So I prefer to just encourage them to be safe when being sexually active, and to be aware of the possible consequences they'll be forced to face if they occur.

I may not be able to stop them and I'm not sure I would if I could, but I sure as heck am not going to encourage them. There is already plenty of "encouragement" from TV, the media and their peers.

I encouraged both my daughters to wait but if they couldn't please be safe and use protection .

Never would I encourage a friend, or any teenager for that matter to have sex. I'm not going into my own life, but it's not all it's cracked up to be. There's really no point into just going all in.

i support it as long as they know what there heading into its there life let them live it as they wish like in the medieval times people will get married at 15 and have kids by 17

Just because you feel a certain way, a teenager is going to do what they want to do when they want to do it. I would encourage to have safe sex. Birth control and condoms. Knowing when to change the condom and how to dispose of it. That way I know that they know how to be safe and prevent things like pregnancy and STDs

Our teenage years are hard enough to get through we sure do not need sex complicating it even more. As tempting as it is there are so many other things that need attention before we ever should let that get in the way.
