It's not what you think. Who in their right mind would eat a snake?! The Albino Burmese Python in the photo is actually a cake... Many people have been fooled by the ultra-realistic image of the snake. But let's be honest: Even if it's not a real python, it still may give you the heebie-jeebies. Would you eat the fake snake cake?
GRINDTV.COM reports:

GRINDTV.COM reports:
The photo of this Albino Burmese Python looks so real, Francesca Pitcher of North Star Cakes in Kent, U.K., was prompted to add this tagline: "****I DO NOT SELL SNAKES****. This photo is of a snake CAKE made to look like an Amelanistic Burmese Python for a birthday party."

Vietnamese food is very excellent though apart from beating hearts, I prefer it over Chinese food. They use more spices and have more interesting styles of cooking. A lot of famous Chinese dishes are actually Vietnamese.
In China I also managed to eat turtles, bugs, the heads of quite many animals, and the worst was probably shrimp that were still alive as you ate them, something about eating a live animal just felt very off putting and was a once in a lifetime experience.
Snake wasn't that terrible, the texture was a mixture between fish and chicken because it had many tiny bones but had this very chicken like taste and feel to it too.
But being vegetarian these days, those crazy-animal dishes are behind me.
Reading this reminds me of Andrew Zimmern, I loved watching his show! Well his & Anthony Bourdain's :-)
NOT EVEN IF YOU PAID ME.
