Well, depending on your mouth sensitivity, it can either be nothing, or it can REALLY damage you, or just tick you off. For me, I just got a little hurt in my mouth. For my friend Dakota, though, she was coughing forever, and tasting cinnamon the next day.

You can get that stuff stuck in your sinuses, lodged in your lungs, and even choke. All these challenges have unnecessary risk to them. I personally think it's natural selections finest test, but I'm sure it's got some recreational purpose that redeems it.
