I don't know you thus I would not cry. Why are you on the INTERNET asking people if they would cry or not if you killed yourself? Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

I would be very upset, Genevieve. You need to stop thinking that no one cares about you. I KNOW it's hard, I've been there many times myself, and I know that these thoughts often can't be controlled. But remember what we talked about earlier? Do something creative as an outlet. If I hadn't discovered acting and writing when I was a teen then I may not be here today. Write some poetry or some songs, draw some pictures or do anything creative really. I know this will make a difference because it did for me, and I know the way your brain works and it is similar to the way that mine works. Unfortunately us creative types are prone to this type of depression. It sux, but depression can create great art!

I was at Subway. I'm home now. When a person is suffering from depression they always think that no one likes them and that everyone would be better off if they were dead. I also know that nothing I say right now could convince you otherwise. You just have to trust me, as someone who's been through all this before, that your life is NOT as bad as you think it is and you would be missed by A LOT more people than you think.

Your boyfriend, your cousin, the friends you do have... You'll see that there are a lot who'll miss you if you actually take the time to think about it. Even if only ONE person missed you, that's still someone who would be devastated by your death.

All wounds heal over time, so it's to be expected that eventually your loss will become less significant, but that doesn't mean that they won't care still. A friend of my mum's lost her husband to cancer a couple of years ago and if you talk to her now you'd never know it, because she's so happy. Does she miss him and wish that he was still alive? Of course. But she's had time to come to terms with it.

That's sad ay. But people HAVE to move on. Just because someone gets on with their life when a loved one passes away, that doesn't mean that they ever stop loving them and never wish that they didn't die. It may be hard to see right now because your depression is warping your logic, but there would be plenty of people who would miss you if you died. Don't worry about negative comments from random people on SodaHead who don't understand what you're going through. I understand, and everything will be fine.
