Would you be embarrassed to tell your doctor that you cant get it up?

That problem can be an indicator of serious problems such as heart disease, diabetes and a few other things.

Why would you ask this queation and NOT give a "Yes" response option? I am 56 and have had a problem getting it up for ears, likely due to the 5 drug cocktail I have been on for hypertension. I was and still remains something I find embarrasing to talk to my doctor about. And for those of you who think you will never have this problem - just wait. You most likely will as you get older.

I would be much rather discuss it with my doctor than my woman.

Had to pick one since I am female. thirty years ago when I was 26 I was dating a lovely man who was at least 20 years older than me. I really cared about this man but he couldn't get it up. I waited patiently for 6 months or so but in the end I had to break it off because I did have needs he couldn't satisfy. It was difficult because I had deep feelings for him. Wish they had viagra back then.

I am a woman and don't have to worry. Fluoride and Chloramine cause sexual dysfunction. Stop fluoridation and use alternative technologies for water disinfection. Keep our men is good sexual working order. Tell every one to have one child like China if we are over populated. Don't take away human's sex life by poisoning the water.

The only way to really be embarrassed in this situation is to have to explain it to a woman. Talk to your doctor before you face that akward silence.....

Until they're unfulfilled in the most intimate of ways, then they breakdown. Men do not suffer this problem, as getting ours is pretty well a guarantee. I am speaking purely from the sense that for women, the man had better have all his things working in order for her to have the best shot for climax. In the case of woman with woman, I have been told that same sex encounters work so well because they have all the same parts, so it's not hard for them to figure the other person out. IDK, I am going off of what is told to me, both sides of the fence. I don't listen to science and links about sex and sex studies because they're such trite most often, and have such tiny control groups for the sort of generalizations they make. Rational women do exist, I however do not attract this form, so I could be a bit biased.

I do not know who has been advising you, but (as I speak purely in a medical sense) a man does not have to have all his things working for a woman to have the best shot at climaxing. For a woman to have the best shot of having a climax she needs clitoral stimuli.

For direct stimuli, yes. However, much of the woman's pleasure is mentally controlled as well. Unlike us stupids, more is necessary to reach tha magic moment.

At first I was hesitant to tell my doctor about my problem but when I did show the Doctor,,She jumped right on it and fixed it.

I would never tell a doctor that I could not perform. I would say: "Remember that problem Bob Dole discussed in all of those Viagra commercials? President Obama is visiting with us the weekend and he need a good supply of Viagra. Can you write out a prescrption for him? Just write it in my name in case Fox News gets wind of the story!" Problem solved!

I just don't see that ever being an issue.
