I've never really cared about being rich. Even when I was younger and made pretty good money. I've really only wanted to not worry about bills and just be comfortable.

but it is not the only thing that would make me happy I would want someone to love and love me to share it with and donate much of it to others that need it more than I do. That would make me happy

Unless money is earned it's unlikely to change your happiness for long. It's not an end to achieve but a journey of experience. Experience can change everything, it can wipe out regrets, see another side to situations and therefore balance, adds memories and gives you a sense of achievement.

Mental health you might call it.

Yes

attaining happiness is a lot easier when you have no debt, plenty of food, and the ability to take a vacation to any destination you can afford. Anybody wanna donate to my vacation fund? ;)

I know money itself cannot make you happy, but I'd be happy to not have to worry about anything such as hunger, bills, mortgage, college, and other stuff, if I had lots of money. So, yeah. And I'm gonna be honest... I've always wanted to go to Europe, but could never afford it. If I was rich, I could go to Europe as many times as I wanted....

Money by itself does not bring happiness, but a lack of money DOES bring misery. After 7 years of poverty out of the last 12, I know that being rich would allow me to pay off the $470,000 I owe and allow me to relieve the suffering of others. Just yesterday, a long time friend of mine was telling me of the stuff she is dealing with, not looking for a handout, but just telling me why she has been depressed. I know that being able to provide her with a reliable used car with insurance for a year would allow her to keep a job and support herself. Being able to truly help people in ways like this requires some level of wealth, and would be something that would make me very happy.
