A 11 year old catcher over threw a ball, when over a fence and hit a woman in the face. Two years later it's reported she's suing the boy for a half million. Hubby also files a law suit against the boy claiming loss of 'services society and consortium' of his wife.

The Little League isn't required to carry moron and ambulance chaser insurance. You watch ANY sport at your own risk. If you don't want to take a 1:100,000 chance at being hurt, just don't go.

if she just *has* to sue someone, why not sue the park for not having a taller fence or net.

better yet, why doesn't she sit behind home plate. i have a feeling she's an example of why we have warning labels on hot coffee cups.

It's been two years since she was accidently hit by an errant throw. He said he was sorry that it slipped out of his hand and she told him she was OK. This shows how low some people are.

are showing how MONEY HUNGRY and GREEDY they are ..
