We can't decide if this was one of those brilliant "hide in plain sight" sort of ideas that just hit a bit of bad luck...or the stupidest thing we've seen all week!

Following a prison visit in Mexico, a woman was caught trying to help her common-law-husband sneak out in a suitcase.

Seems she was looking suspicious, and the suitcase was rather bulky, so the guard who pulled them aside didn't have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure something wasn't right.

But we're guessing it might have worked...or not.

I did not see it working.
If a person struggled to carry her suitcase then someone is going to realize and help her carry it.
Besides, that would have drawn attention to the TSA staff, they will wondering what could be in that bag. They assume that it is overloaded and walk the person aside checking her suitcase.
