Struck by Lightening

There was an article in the local paper today. Two men in separate vheicles were driving through town in a thunderstorm when a tree by the side of the road was struck by a large bolt of lightening which then bounced off and hit thier cars. Both men were unhurt and the cars appeared OK on the outside. However, the electirical systems in both cars were drained and they both had to be towed from the scene.

Did they buy tickets... if they did and had won, they would have had the $$$ to fix their cars...got to be thinking positive!!

I almost was hit by ball lightning and that's very rare compared to regular lightning.If you don't spend $2 on the lottery instead of water that you can drink for free. (btw there are many other high cash prizes besides the jackpot.) You can't win anything.You have to be in it,to win it.

Actually that line is originally from an old blues song.That was done many times over.'Born Under A Bad Sign.' Albert King,Ray Charles,Booker T.Jones,Buddy Miles,Jimi Hendrix and on and on And of course Cream.One of my fave blues songs I play blues guitar it makes me happy. :)

I was struck by lightening last year and had to have major surgery because of it. I guess that means I have a better chance of winning now...lol

Rubbish. I have a foolproof plan to win the Mega Millions lottery. I simply buy one ticket each drawing for the next 368,000 years and odds are I will pick one winning ticket.

Besides, even though it's way easier to get hit by lightning, I don't want to. Getting zapped by lightning would interfere with lottery winning scheme.

Struck by lightening might be the better option for me. If I won, one of two things would happen; I'd die of a heart attack brought on by shock before I could even cash it in or the economy would collapse and I'd get nothing. Haha like I'm going to win anyway!!
