The Miami Heat may be the most star-studded team in the NBA today. Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh are a tough match-up for an opponent any day, but there are still questions as to whether this team can win an NBA Championship. Last season, the Heat, despite distractions and early adjustment issues, made it all the way to the NBA Finals.
Unfortunately for the Heat, they were stopped in the NBA Finals by a squad that defined the word "team" -- the Dallas Mavericks. While Wade has already won a championship (back in 2006), he may have never had teammates as talented as James and Bosh. With all that star power and media attention, it's almost "win it all or bust" for the Heat.
The Heat will get their chance at redemption, when they take on the defending champion Dallas Mavericks on Christmas Day. It may only be the first game of the season, but with the game airing nationally on ABC and with the Finals rematch, a win is a great way for the Heat to make a statement from the start. We'll see what happens this Sunday. Happy Holidays!

Major League Soccer had become the third most popular team sport in the US in terms of live attendance.
The sport that the soccer league overtook? You guessed right: the National Basketball Association.
