Julian Assange's battle continues, and it isn't even about Wikileaks yet. He is still fighting extradition to Sweden from the UK, and his appeal may have just had another setback.

The Swedish Bar Association has issued a warning to the Swedish lawyer of WikiLeaks frontman Julian Assange.

The warning... was in response to the criticism directed to him by an English judge.

Assange's Lawyer, Mr Bjoern Hurtig, has made no comment on the warning, and it remains to be seen what impact the warning will have on Assange's appeal. With delays and warnings surrounding his extradition and case, do you think his case is being treated fairly?

They are trying to silence him. WikiLeaks has done a great job, and most governments hate him.

More fairly would have been to arrange for him to have a fatal accident after he released the first round of top secret material.

His actions put our troops in danger, exposed some of our agents, and cost us more money then we will ever know.
