Why is proper English grammar "too hard" for people to comprehend, especially for teenagers?

I usually understand what they are saying but it takes more effort then if they just used proper grammar. I hate it when people write comments on here that are incomprehensible. It's pretty annoying when I can't even understand what someone wrote. Usually when someone writes a comment using improper grammar it's comprehensible. I have seen people write comments that made them look high, drunk, or just plain stupid and ignorant though because it's impossible to understand them. It's usually stupid and ignorant, I have been drunk a few times before and I'm still able to use proper grammar when I'm drunk. I'm lazy sometimes, I don't like working but I still will work, I'm never too lazy to use proper grammar though. I can't believe some people are that lazy and if they are too lazy to use proper grammar, you are definitely too lazy to work. Working isn't fun but it gives you money and you can't live a successful life without money.

I can be lazy at times too but everyone can be sometimes. I have had a job for about three months now though. It gives me money. I don't like it but I don't really care. I'm never too lazy to use proper grammar though. It takes more effort for me to use improper grammar anyway. Someone commented on one of my questions though "With all due respect, some of your questions are just plain stupid, please delete me as a friend. Thank you." I commented back to them "If you don't like my questions, please delete me as a friend. It's not my problem if you think they are stupid. And with all due respect, you are a dumb ass. Thank you!" They might have just been too lazy to delete me as a friend. I'm not going to delete them though, I don't care if they delete me though. They used proper grammar though so they aren't that lazy.

Yeah, I get paid once a week and I make decent money. I brought a car. Yeah, I know right. I didn't delete him. If he really wants to delete me, he will take the two seconds to click on my profile and press the remove friend button. It isn't even that hard.

The insurance on it is pretty expensive though because I'm a 16 year old male. Gas is going down here now though. It's only $3.35 a gallon. A month ago, it was over $4. Don't tell them to delete you because if you don't want to be friends with me anymore, that's fine but I'm not going to delete you because I don't care if we are friends or not.

Insurance costs me about $160 a month. I got pissed when it was $4 because it cost me like $50 to fill up. Now it's only costs me about $35 to fill up. You seem like a pretty cool friend to me too.

the point of English is dat its open to change.therefore therez no such thing as illiteracy in english and grammur nazi's are redundant

do something meaningful with your life? you don't need grammar for that. you don't need good grammar to think of a million dollar invention.

If you write a resume or an essay for a job or a college though, if they find one spelling mistake, they will throw your resume or essay away.

Some people are just too lazy to use correct grammar. I don't really know why, but that's my best guess at it. I'm a teenager and I always use proper grammar.

Same. I'm not really uptight about it or anything, but it does drive me crazy when people constantly butcher the English language. Even in texts, like you said.

I agree completely. No one wants to hire someone who can't use correct conventions, and schools won't allow for a student to constantly makes grammar mistakes carelessly and still do well.
