Far too many men believe that if they are good at intercourse alone that should be all it takes for a woman. Not even close. It takes many things including getting her in the mood before you even step foot in the bedroom. It takes a very caring and patient man to insure that she doesn't have to fake it.

They shouldn't. Because of Rx meds I take, I enjoy coitus but frequently can't orgasm. No way I'd fake it, nor would I expect a woman to do so.

Sorry men, but here is the truth. I'd say 50% of women if they told the truth would be happy just to have sex once a month. If she fakes it, she'll never tell you. (ok women don't beat up on me)

It's to save our feelings; as long as the girl never admits that she's faking it, then there's no real harm.

Being considerate and trying to make a man feel good about himself is only good in my mind. Sadly most women don't like sex which means most women must fake orgasms.

I could see it either way. Perhaps their partners are not fufilling their needs, or perhaps they won't like sex no matter what. No one can ever say for certain.

For a multitude of reasons. Because they may feel the man's ego needs to be stroked, because they might not just be into it, and he wont quit until you orgasm. Because she's tired, or bored, or being nice.... It depends on the woman and the situation.
