Why do some women fake orgasms?

Hi, I am working on a comedy project and I am looking for creative answers to weird questions which I will then compile and make a post, it's sort of a research, to interact with people, then I will eventually make a post with the finished outcome to get your opinion on it :)

We fake orgasms, because if the guy we're with isn't doing it for us, and yet we love the man we're with, we want them to feel satisfied. How else would you like us to do it, with honesty? You guys couldn't take it. And you know what, that's not a dig, that's just reality. Think about it though, you're having sex, and the woman you're with just gives you this look of disdain as you finish up. Would you rather have that, or would you rather have someone who gave you the feeling that you've done well.

Now, this could go either way. Some men I've been with want the truth. They'd rather have that honesty as they want to know where they can adjust to ensure the woman is being satisfied. But you have to understand, most men aren't like that. Most men are insecure, and being that honest with them can sometimes end up with devastating consequences. So, faking an orgasm is the lesser of two evils.
