I have a harder time with sleep once we get to summer and there are more daylight hours. I cannot get my bedroom very dark and I don't want to block the window with heavier curtains or shades because I like the window open for fresh air. I think I am going to try one of those sleep masks.

I liked that movie. Those masks work pretty well. I have one that is fuzzy on the inside. It doesn't slip out of place as easily. I have the same problem with light. I have tape over all the gizmo lights. Blackout curtains, not shades, work pretty well. Since I sew, I bought blackout fabric, white in color, and made my curtains. It makes so much difference and it's cooler in here, too.

I have thought about black out curtains and I could sew some. I don't need to block sun to make it cooler as I have trees outside my window, but I like the breeze to come through and I thought heavier curtains would block that.

Yeah, they would block a breeze. I guess it's a trade off, give up your breeze for the dark. Use a fan?

Well in mid summer I like the breeze and the fan. I know I know I'm difficult to please. I'll try the mask first as it won't cost me too much. If that doesn't work I'll make the curtains.

I think many of the dug stores might carry them. I'll look around as I'm out and about. Today I am not venturing far as I am not up to it. Walmart is too far away. There is a shopping centre a block away from me and I will look there.

My husband wore an eye patch over one eye. I used to think about using two of them, but never did. They fit really close and would be ideal, I think.

All of the above are good reasons for not wearing makeup. However, I LOVE to wear makeup. The only way I go out of the house without make up is if I'm exercising.

I just don't like wearing it unless I'm going to need to be dressed up. The only makeup I like wearing (if it can be considered that) is nail polish.

I just don't care for it. Sometimes it irritates my eyes/skin and it's a pain to remove. I like it on other people though!

Maybe they don't *need* it but hey, it's a personal choice. Some people just like wearing it or like the creative aspect. I don't like wearing it but I appreciate it as a form of art.

How about because they don't want to? Sure, I do look good enough without it, but sometimes I want to wear it, other times I choose not to because I simply don't feel like it. Not every woman has to wear make-up.

I don't wear make up, besides Masacara, because I dont wanna feel like a product. Society expects girls to be skinny, wear make up, and look pretty or sexy, and all girls struggle thinking they MUST do this or they MUST do that, in order to be accepted. I dont wanna attract a lot of people only because of my make up but my personality. Also, Adam thought Eve was pretty and they didn't have make up back then. It's all society, people. We're not obliged. :)

Some women just dont want to be bothered to put it on, and others think they look better without it. It's a personal choice, though I do find it annoying how some women almost seem to believe they're superior just because they don't wear it, or how they assume they must be much more attractive than women who do wear makeup. There are many cases in which that is definitely not true.
