I wondered the same thing. Sometimes, when you make a new friend on here (at least with me) I will go through their questions asked section. If i like it I will share it. So sometimes it is posted again simply by doing that.

All of the above. They see to believe that if they repeat the exercise one more time that the results will change. I read somewhere once that such behavior was an indicator of a mental disorder of some kind. :^o

A lot of the time repeat questions are posted by new members who have never seen the question before.... I'm guilty of that.

It's more frustrating for me to post a question that gets maybe 10 responses, and then see it posted again not even a week later and get stuck in the Top questions for 3 days.. that irks me...
