Why do people always treat me like dirt

Quite honestly I don't recall seeing you before today but I try to be polite to everybody. That will include you. I hope to see more of you.

Why do you let people treat you like dirt? Are you sure they do, or are you super sensitive? If they, indeed, do treat you like dirt, you have to learn how to respond in a mild manner, don't lose your temper, stand up straight, head held high and walk away with your dignity. People can attempt to treat you like dirt, hon, but don't give them the satisfaction of knowing they've hit a sore spot. Just ignore the idiots and only talk to those of us who enjoy active discussions back and forth with new-found friends.

Oh, yeah, and keep your chin up, kiddo! Anyone who goes out of their way to treat you poorly isn't worth knowing anyway. Have a good weekend and don't let the jackasses win!

Awwwwwwww King David, you got to be strong. The world is full of jerks! That is just how it is. People who hurt other people are hurting themselves. I actually feel very sorry for people who are mean and ugly. Every bad thing they do to people, eventually comes back to them. You are young and haven't seen what most of us have. Someday you will understand what I'm telling you, in the meantime the winner is the one who respects no matter what!

While you were away I discovered the reason for this. There's an Internet-wide conspiracy to give you a bunch of crap. It's THE topic of conversation on at least a hundred different newsgroups. :-D

If you're open to some well-intended criticism, I would suggest using a spell- and grammar-checker; or a browser that incorporates one, such as Goggle Chrome. Using correctly spelled words in the proper manner can go far in raising other peoples' opinion of your intelligence.
Oh, regarding your conversation with "Undecided" claiming atheism as a religion, she's correct - it isn't. Atheism may be said to be a tenet of the religion of Humanism, or claimed simply as a non-religious belief system. Getting things such as this right will also raise other peoples' opinion of your mental capabilities.
Finally, polls such as this simply contribute to others' negative opinion of you - it makes you look like a whiner. Good luck!

If you look, there should be an edit question button somewhere on the page. If that doesn't work, just contact tech support and they can change it for you. Found that out last night.

Yeah you will have to go to the contact us button at the bottom and let the admins know that you want it changed. They did it for me just the other day.
