Why do girls keep cell phones in their back pocket?

My daughter keeps hers in her back pocket because it won't fit in the front pocket of most of her jeans. They have those tiny not really pockets that wouldn't even hold a chap stick much less a cell phone.

I've never kept my phone in my back pocket. Pockets on most girls pants are for show anyway. The back ones may hold a dollar that will fall out if you bend down and the front is big enough to hold a quarter, in which case it will immediately stab you in worst way as soon as you sit down.

I didn't know that was going on until my oldest daugher came over to visit recently and she told me she butt dialed herself. I started laughing then asked her why she just didn't keep the phone in her purse.

I have no idea. I don't do that. Most of the time I don't even have my phone on, let alone on me. If I do happen to have it with me, and it's not in my purse, I actually have a phone small enough to fit in my front pocket.

The reason is so when they put the phone on vibrate it gives the a good feeling there. Like they are getting a butt massage. It makes them feel good after a little vibration there.

My phone won't fit in my front pocket. lol most of my jeans are too tight and the pocket is too small, and the back pocket is always big enough no matter what. And I get too many texts and phone calls to put it in my purse.

I think they put it there just to grab attention to their butts. Like wearing black jeans with a big bleached spot what are you going to notice? Humm... well I like to put mine in my back pocket. Here is all what I carry.
