I didn't think I'd ever be referencing Joan Rivers in public but, dare I say it, she brought up a good point the other day on her new show E! show "The Fashion Police."

Her revelatory point was this: teen stars Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift are around the same age but have completely different fashion identities.

Miley Cyrus, known for her short skirts and rocker-chic ensembles, ops for a young and flirty look while Taylor Swift prefers to keep it classy with sequined gowns and sophisticated fits.

But there can be only one fashion favorite. Who do you think is the better dressed?

It has nothing to do with mature. Taylor carries herself with more assurance. Miley is more 'countrified' in the old fashioned sense of country. Taylor is country like Shania Twain is country.

Neither are talented enough to really be conversed about. ut when it comes to style, a few of Miley's things are tolerable. A few. Barely.

i love me some t-swizzle, but i like miley's clothes better. taylor wears a dress almost everywhere but miley wears a lot of tees and that's more my style. and yes i know that a lot of miley's clothes go to far but she doesn't wear that kind of stuff all the time

I like Miley's edgy style but a lot of her clothes go too far. The dresses and shorts are always way too short. I like the rocker edginess though.
I love Taylor Swift and her style, but personally it's not anything I would wear.
