Axl rose is better than slash by a long shot! I don't know why all u people voting for slash and saying slash is so awesome think he's that much cooler than Axl rose! Axl rose is the coolest and most amazing person to walk this earth! he has an amazing voice! yea he has some anger issues but that doesn't make him the devil! what's so great about slash anyways? yea he plays guitar and wears a top hat...is that it? Axl rose is a god! he's amazing I know he started getting chubby and not as cute as before but just think Axl is the best part of Guns N' Roses! with out Axl Guns N' Roses would be nothing! I totally would choose Axl I don't care what u slash fans say Axl is one of my favorite people to exist...and I think that guns and roses should just go back to the way it was! I hope u Axl fans agree with me!

Slash has actually kept in shape. Axl has turned into a fat, loud-mouthed cry-baby. Slash would kick his ass faster than it takes to throw things at him while he's on stage.

And don't get me wrong, I loved Axl as the front man for classic GNR. But in the past 10 years, to take a line out of Used to Love Her: "(s)he bitched so much, (s)he drove me nuts!". Besides, all the members of LA Guns (and all the talent) left GNR over 15 years ago. Now, it's just "Roses".

i didnt mind him till picking fights with the crowds really , they put on a hell a show and i love there stuff, but to me when slash went i went too

Well, considering slash co-wrote the hits, it's no surprise that they stopped charting after he left. Although I don't think Velvet Revolver can compete with classic Guns either. There's something about that combination of Axl, Slash, Izzy, Duff, and Steve (and later Matt), that just worked.

If Axl would sing more and talk less, I might like him better. He just ends up getting himself in trouble. Like when he managed to be both racist and homophobic in the lyrics to "One in a Million", which he wrote. He's not the only big ego I have a problem with, either. Both Sebastian Bach of Skid Row and Dave Mustaine of Megadeth fall pretty high on that list. Especially so with Mustaine. He thinks he's god's gift to music; he is good, but not as good as "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott or Eddie Van Halen, for example. In fact, all three of these guys are good, which is what pisses me off even more.

i love eddie , hes always my favorite, and i agree, if axel would have went back to his roots and not try to find someone to fight or pick one, he would still ahve a better fan base even when slash took off, and o god dave mustaine is a mouth too, and his job for a long time was just trying to downgrade metallica which , was to be expected, but he does got one hella mouth on him i agree there
