make sure i'm home alone. put on headphones. blast excruciatingly loud music. scream into a pillow. cry. open a new text file. keysmash. scream some more. cry. go back to text file. backspace. google ways to feel better. laugh at results. feel a little better. turn down music. switch from headphones to speakers. go onto tumblr. onto theo's blog. send him an ask saying something dumb. he replies within a minute with something equally dumb. and then i feel better. (if it still doesn't work, i just repeat it, adding fic or food)

my friend katelynn. i blow off steam by saying mean things about the person im upset about, and its usually funny because katelynn is naturally mean, so in a way we're being mean together, and its funny and we're laughing and then i forget the reason i was mad :D
