I always liked Phil Esposito,
and who could not forget Denis Savard,
at leased I also think that the new player have what it would take to play with the guys that you have listed. Hockey player more than any other Pro sport, have not been weaken down over time. I think the NHL went through a watering down in the mid 90's. Has returned back to it hay day in the 60's, 70's and into the 80's. The 90's was kinda dark, just like the early part of this decade.Only a few Football player of today would be able to play back in the day, you can throw Baseball and Basketball too!
