    With most of his roles requiring lots of makeup I would say Johnny Depp. Like Jack Sparrow loads of eye makeup, beads and ruffles he is quite effeminate, yet he is sexy too.

    The others on here trying to look effeminate are just plain freakish with zero sexuality since they seem to be neither male or female.. Perhaps body blanks.

    True, I think Andrej has a feminine face but a masculine body, while Bill has a a feminine body and a feminine face (Well kinda, his jaw can cut glass.) But I do think that without makeup they're easily distinguished. Gerard can look feminine in some pictures. It's probably his baby face.
