Females are smaller on the whole and have more paedomorphic phenotypes that get expressed, at least, from what I recall this is the case.. It's also more acceptable for them to display a phenotype that would be considered cute.

So, given that I'm heterosexual, male, and my information suggests that women have an objective advantage in factors that cause an individual to be considered cute...
