Who has it easier today, Men or Women?

There are somethings that both cannot do as well as the other.

I think both have things easier and harder-depending on the issue.

i think men DO have it easier...

In most respects yes.

It depends on the individual. What's up with all of these imaginary gender wars on Sodahead? Men and women can work together. Why not treat both with equal respect and embrace equality? As it stands men have greater economic access, but women are slowly catching up.

Women have to put up with phony conservatives constantly making war against them.

I don't think anyone has it easier lately.

There are things about both sexes that rule, and things about both sexes that suck.

Women have a job to go to. Then they come home make dinner, help their chilren with their homework, start the laundry etc. etc. etc.

I think that it's equal, everyone has their ups and downs.The media just wants all of the men and women to yell at each other, and say that the gender is better, if this doesn't stop than the world will be divided and men won't talk, or have anything to do with women and same things goes for the women.

Women in the United States have been under the attack in the last year! In mid-February, the U. S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform took testimony on contraception and reproductive healthcare. ONLY MEN WERE INVITED TO TESTIFY! on an issue that clearly requires female input! In response to this folly, another committee in the US House invited Georgetown Law student (an honors student) Sandra Fluke to present testimony. IMMEDIATELY she was called a "slut" and a "whore" by popular white middle-aged fat man radio show host Rush Limbaugh! What's with that? Mr Limbaugh may disagree with Ms Fluke, but to demean her by calling her names like that in public testifies to the fact that here in 2012, men in America are extremely threatened by intelligent women and will do anything to crush women! Totally vile imbalance of power!

Yes, but consider the source: a deaf, morbidly obese, throwback, pill addict. He's not the crime. The crime is that he has some kind of a audience. On the bright side; Limbaugh pretty much locks up the election for Obama. Not to underestimate Romney's alienation of the women's vote.

Women face societal pressure from the media to be thin, sexy, and slutty; women face family pressure when it comes to future goals, relationships, and HAPPINESS. Men, well who cares, they can sleep with the world and still walk around without being judged my most people

Women and Repo celebrities. Bill O'Reilly, Dick Cheney, Mitt Romney, Karl Rove, Rush Limbaugh, all draft dodgers. All except George Bush; he was a deserter. And the Repos love them. In my day in NYC, these bums couldn't get a licence to drive a cab, sell papers or even peddle hot dogs. Today, they get voted into office.

What are you talking about. To this day men still think they're better. People still believe men are stronger and smarter. It took us over a century to get the right to vote.

No question about about. At least in the USA that is.

It sadly depends on you location in this world. Some places on earth women have little or no rights and all due to religion. If you had asked if men and women are equal I would have said yes, but that does not mean they are treated equally as we all know.

Why Liberals feel this is okay is beyond me.

Neither has it easier. Both genders have their own difficulties.

I say this when it comes to dating,sex and relationships and yes marriage as well because women can either deny our approach or approve our approach and another example is when and if we ask her out or you can say when and if we make the first move she can either reject us or approve to the date.

And sadly they only approve those jerks who mistreats her since they love them and they think they can change jerks into a good man when in reality it's impossible and we nice guys,geeks,nerds and good guys like me have it much harder and women these days and age have it a lot easier.

Unless anyone can proof me wrong otherwise with proof not just saying it and we always have to make the first move women never do all they gotta do is look pretty and deny us,reject us of the date or they can approve of the date,same concept all they gotta do is look pretty and deny or approve of our approach.

These are just some of the examples of what i think unless anyone can proof some of my theory along with my research of what i did and what I've done wrong and provide with proof not just saying it and i gladly apologize
